Construction Team Member

Responsibilties

• As a Team Member you will be working alongside a 2-3 person team to install quality landscape projects both safely and efficiently.

• Installing a variety of projects including: Landscape Beds, Patios, Retaining Walls, Drainage Systems, Outdoor Living Areas, and Fiberglass Pools
  

• Keep your assigned vehicle looking clean and professional, both inside and out.
  

Job Requirements

• Available to work 40-50 hours per week Monday-Thursday and some Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

• Landscape installation experience
  

• Excellent communication skills.
  

• Valid & Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance. (Not a requirement, but a plus).
  

• Availability for snow maintenance in the winter months
  

Typical Day

• Clean and inspect all equipment for the day.

• Assist in loading truck with appropriate equipment for the day.
  

• Receive instructions and information for the day.
  

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.
  

Compensation and Benefits
 Salary: $16-$21 per hour plus pay-period bonuses
