VISION
Responsibilities:
As a Tech you will typically be working by yourself or with 1-2 other team members.
Working on customer’s properties to apply fertilizer and pesticides.
Recognize when additional work can be done to upsell clients.
Keep team on route and ensure that route is completed in a timely manner, while maintaining accurate records.
Daily maintenance of equipment.
Keep your assigned vehicle looking clean and professional, both inside and out.
Maintain accurate logs in landscape management software (LMN).
Job Requirements:
2-3 years sales experience
Minimum of 2-year degree in the landscape horticulture field
2-3 years landscape experience
Excellent communication skills
Organizational skill
Proficient in Word, Excel, and other online platforms.
Able to identify common landscape plants, pest, and weeds.
Valid & Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance.
Ability to use LMN (which is our mobile time tracking application)
Ability to upsell clients while on the jobsite.
Typical Day:
Follow up with any new leads that you have not heard from.
Follow up with any quotes that you have not heard from.
Follow up with any new leads from the office.
Meet with leads as needed to develop a relationship.
Draft proposals for the projects and consult with the TEAM on larger projects for the best approach.
CLOSE DEALS
Turn in new sales to be scheduled and coordinate with the operations manager.
Check on client’s properties regularly.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and crew.
Write thank you notes to clients throughout the season.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $45,000 -$50,000 per year plus Commission
