Responsibilities:

• Working in the field under the direction of a Team Leader to provide customers with professionally maintained yard.
  

• Be dependable, on-time, and professional.
  

• Keep your assigned vehicle looking clean and professional, both inside and out

 Job Requirements:

• Available to work 40-50 hours per week Monday-Thursday and some Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
  

• 0-2 Years professional landscape or horticultural experience
  

• Excellent communication skills
  

• Valid & Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance. (Not a requirement but a plus)
  

• Availability for snow maintenance in the winter months

 Typical Day:

• Arrive to work ready to start the day.
  

• Check in with Team Leader (7:30am).
  

• Assist Team leader in getting out of shop in a timely manner.
  

• Notify Team Leader of any equipment issues throughout the day.
  

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $15-$20 per hour plus pay-period bonuses
